The results of the study indicated that: (1) the teachersknowledge on school administration and their professionalism behavior of state elementary school teachers in Tenggarong district were fair and (2) teachersknowledge on school administration and their professionalism behavior of state elementary school teachers in Tenggarong district.

The instrument of the study was questionnaires dealing with teachersknowledge on school administration and their professionalism behavior of state elementary school teachers in Tenggarong district.The techniques used to analyze the data obtained from the research were descriptive statistics, simple regression and correlation. The study was conducted in state of elementary schools in Tenggarong distric by 80 randomly selected respondents derived from the teachers from the first to sixth grades.
